It's been a little more than 3 years now that my previous hosting provider decided that they would stop supporting classic ASP and Access databases. Was planning to convert everything to PHP but never done it. So, I've found a new hosting provider who pledge to never stop supporting these technologies. Just uploaded my old site as is. Few things to correct like some links, some software mentions and others and, mainly, updating my database. Plan to make everything by the end of the month.

I won't say again that I am surprised that I didn't come back in a year. It's almost always like that...
Didn't do much. Just try modified a few pages to have a sense of uniformity all over the site. Will probably make major changes in December.

WOW! Almost a year since I've done something here.To much work not enough fun...
Well, I've added 89 albums and I still have someting like 500 albums to inventory. So, obviously, didn't do much on the samples thing neither. Well, I'll see what I can do during the Holidays.

I've fixed a small SQL glitch in the albumdetail page.

I've implemented a "sample player" so you can hear the first 45 seconds of every songs.
Obviously, as there are more than 50,000 songs in my database, I didn't upload everything yet. You can test it with the 7th Reign album from 7th Reign.
I will make 45 seconds clips and upload them at a turtle pace but I will eventually have everything up there.

It's been a while so, I've added 203 new albums. AS usual, still have to upload the 11 "Latest Additions" for Andromeda though.

Did some SQL adjusting today. Finally fixed the problem I had with the album listing when more than one artist and adjust all my SQL statements to be compatible with the version 8 of the database.

Fixed a small problem I had with the tracks listing when there were more than one artist. Still have a glitch related to this problem with the album's display, but I don't think I will have time to fix it today.

The "Andromeda Project" works fine but didn't have time to upload the albums yet. Only Visions of Atlantis, Symphony X and Patrick Bruel are available for now. Will try to upload the rest this weekend.

I've implemented the infrastructure to be able to listen to my "latest additions" directly on line. I'm using a nice public player called Andromeda to do so.

I've changed the way the latest additions are displayed.
In the Index page I display the images and maintain the old links.
In the ArtistList and AlbumList pages I only display the images with a link to the album.

I've fixed a small bug in the albums count. It was counting the albums with 2 artists as 2 different albums.
